Included in everybodys goals should be: Financial Security & Physical Health. As this blog is focused towards personal finance, I can assume we are all obsessed by our financial goals - but what about your health?
You may have all the money in the world, but its useless if you can't make the most of it. People spend their lifetimes working every hour under the sun. But why? For freedom. I want you be be free to be able to partake in activities, play your favourite sports, visit the world & do so in a manor not worrying about if you can make it up the hill.
I am a keep sportsman; and take every opportunity to push myself physically. I have swum the English Channel, climbed the three highest mountains in England, Scotland & Wales in under 24 hours, played national rugby and am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.
I'm not a celebrity endorsed, steroid taking monster who pushes everyone in sight to buy a program that claims to give bulging biceps. I'm just a normal guy who actually wants you to take a positive step towards a happier, healthier, and fitter you.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Someone willing to invest in him or herself, and no longer wants to make excuses.
- Wants to learn something new.
- Who needs to get back on track.
Cost & Format:
All plans will be personalised based on your circumstances, and can range from basic workouts at home to those experienced in the gym. Additionally, I can help with your nutrition. This service costs £75, and I will always be available for any questions.
